Terms of Service

Welcome to Health England. By purchasing our Founding Family Pass or using our website and services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. Please read these terms carefully.

1. The Service

Health England provides community-led health coaching, fitness programming (including but not limited to The BodyMap, TriForce Kettlebell, and Club Cali), and nutrition guidance. Our services are intended for educational and motivational purposes.

2. Health & Physical Activity Liability (The Waiver)

  • Consult a Professional: You must consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

  • Assumption of Risk: Physical training involves inherent risks. By participating in Health England programmes, you (and on behalf of your family) voluntarily assume all risks of injury.

  • No Medical Advice: Health England is a coaching service, not a medical or clinical provider. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. "Lifetime Access" Definition

The Founding Family Pass grants you "Lifetime Access." For legal purposes, this is defined as the operational lifespan of the Health England digital platform and app.

  • If the platform is migrated or updated, your access will be maintained.

  • In the unlikely event that Health England ceases operations, "Lifetime Access" terminates at the point of business closure.

  • The Health England Founder Membership is not transferable to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • One-Time Payment: The £450 fee is a one-time investment for the first 50 families.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our content and the "Founder" status, all sales are final. However, we comply with UK consumer law which provides a 14-day "cooling off" period for digital purchases, provided the content (app access/programmes) has not yet been accessed or downloaded.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to increase future membership costs for non-Founders at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, "The BodyMap" system, and logos, are the exclusive property of Health England. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for your household only. You may not record, redistribute, or resell our coaching materials.

6. Community Code of Conduct

Our support network is a place for encouragement. We reserve the right to terminate access (without refund) for any user who engages in bullying, harassment, or sharing of inappropriate content within our community groups.

7. Children and Minors

Health England coaching is designed for the family unit. All activities involving children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The account holder (the parent) is responsible for the safety and participation of their children.

8. Changes to Service

We are a grassroots movement and are constantly evolving. We reserve the right to update our programmes, app features, and session schedules to better serve the community.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
